I am the brains of the company. For the past 19 years, I've worked on creating and improving my skills at producing. It has not been an easy journey. Over the years, there have been many feelings hurt and secret tears when I asked for feedback LOL! But what I have learned from other creatives is that this is a common journey. The biggest lesson I've learned is to create and not copy. Artists usually struggle with being different because at the end of the day we're all looking for acceptance. The problem is we look for acceptance outside of ourselves prematurely.
